Intelligent Coast does a research on tourist dream cities

The ranking of tourist cities we study tends to rate cities based primarily on the number of tourist arrivals. But on which and how many factors depends tourist arrivals in urban destinations? Which elements affect the tourist collective imagination and create the idea of a dream city?

Intelligent Coast is working this year in exploring a new ranking of dream cities around the world through different indicators.
We have chosen 75 of the 150 City Destionations of Euromonitor International and we have been worked on a first sample of 400 tourists surveyed on the Rambla in Barcelona. 25th and April 26th , 2008.
The results will be public at the end of 2008.
